Solutions Provider - Capable of sourcing and delivering almost any IT hardware or software item.
Our Approach
Support from HTCS is normally provided on the basis of an Annual Support Contract, which covers:
General servicing and cleaning of IT equipment (twice yearly, minimum).
Some telephone support.
Discount prices for some service and support items.
We do still ,however, provide non-contract IT service and support to other businesses and home users.
Staff is reachable primarily via mobile phone at any time during normal working hours, and we can arrange coverage beyond these hours if required.
Why Us?
We feel that most system support providers in the Caribbean fail in several areas when it comes to delivering the level of responsiveness necessary to maintain a quality support service.
While it may not be possible to provide the same support as would be provided by a suitably qualified in-house support resource, we are dedicated to the provision of high-quality software and hardware support services and remain faithful to commitments made to our contracted Clients.
